Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd receives LOI for orders worth Rs. 85 Million

Shashijit Infraprojects Limited has been awarded a Letter of Intents ("LOIs") for various civil works from Apar Industries Limited and Mastercook Houseware LLP. As a prominent player in the construction industry in South Gujarat, we are honored to receive these LOIs.

We have received various LOIs from Apar Industries Limited worth around Rs. 45 million (excluding taxes). The project sites of Apar Industries Limited are situated at their Khanvel Unit and Rakholi Unit, UT of DNH & DD.

We have received LOI from Mastercook Houseware LLP worth around Rs. 40 million (excluding taxes). The project site of Mastercook Houseware LLP is situated at Valsad, Gujarat.

This achievement represents a significant milestone for Shashijit Infraprojects Limited, reaffirming our unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality construction services while contributing to the growth and advancement of the construction sector in the region.

We would like to emphasize that none of the Promoters or members of the Promoter Group has any vested interest in the aforementioned project. Furthermore, it is important to note that this project does not fall within the scope of related party transactions.
