Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd updates on investment in Mobileware

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited ("Company"), has today i.e. March 25, 2025 completed the following transactions:

1. Investment of Rs. 15.6 Crores for 26% ownership capital of Mobileware on a post issue and fully diluted basis through the execution of Share Subscription Agreement and Shareholders Agreement dated March 24, 2025, (Investment) and

2. Acquisition of 4,622 equity shares for consideration of Rs. 7.25 Crores from the promoters of Mobileware, representing 12.34% of post closing issued and paid-up capital of Mobileware, on a fully diluted basis, through the execution of Share Purchase Agreement dated March 24, 2025 (Acquisition).

Consequent to the completion of investment and acquisition, the Company's total shareholding in Mobileware stands at 38.34% on post issue and fully diluted basis.

Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 344.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 362.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 90000 in over 2415 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 363.70 and intraday low of 344.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31629081.00.
