ADC India Communications Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of ADC India Communications Limited at their meeting held today i.e., March 25, 2025 have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 25/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e.250%) for the Financial Year 2024-25.

The Record date for the purpose of determining the Shareholders eligible to receive the aforesaid Interim Dividend is Wednesday, April 02, 2025.

The above said Interim Dividend, subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be paid on or before April 23, 2025.

Shares of ADC India Communications Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1235.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1174.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8822 in over 694 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1289.00 and intraday low of 1122.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10722804.00.
