P H CAPITAL Ltd declares interim divdiend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of P H CAPITAL LIMITED at their meeting held today i.e. March 25, 2025 have approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.25/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) (i.e. 2.5%) for the financial year 2024-2025 ("Interim Dividend").

The record date for determining the members who will be entitled to receive the Interim Dividend is April 04, 2025, which has been already intimated to the Stock Exchange vide letter dated March 20, 2025.

Shares of PH CAPITAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 225.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 233.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2509 in over 89 trades.
