Ashiana Housing Ltd converts 293 units of Ashiana Nitara into booking

Ashiana Housing Ltd have converted 293 units into booking (comprising of 3.94 Lakhs sq. ft. area approx. with sale value of INR 173.39 crores) of the project "Ashiana Nitara". The process of conversion of Expression of Interest (EOI) into booking started on 22nd March 2025 and is currently ongoing.

"Ashiana Nitara" is a Premium Homes project at Bhakrota, Jaipur (Rajasthan) wherein we had launched 336 units comprising of 2 BHK and 3 BHK units.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 301.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 303.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12389 in over 456 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 309.00 and intraday low of 300.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3752516.00.
