Satin Creditcare Network Limited approves sale of stressed loan portfolio to ARC

The Working Committee of the Board of Directors of Satin Creditcare Network Limited vide its resolution dated March 25, 2025, approved the sale of stressed loan portfolio with outstanding value of ₹ 212.98 Crore inclusive of principal and interest accrued as on February 28, 2025 to an Asset Reconstruction Company ('ARC') pursuant to Open Bid Method, for a consideration amounting to ₹ 42.60 Crore, on Security Receipts consideration basis.

Shares of Satin Creditcare Network Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 144.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 148.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39132 in over 574 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 151.40 and intraday low of 144.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5733835.00.
