Kesar India Limited (BSE: 543542) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kesar Infraventures Private Limited, has completed the acquisition of a premium commercial office property located at Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, further strengthening the Group's strategic presence in South India.
The acquired property comprises Office Space No. 4A situated on the Third Floor of the commercial complex known as "Aditya Trade Centre (F & G Blocks)", Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, having approximately 7,725 sq. ft. of super built-up area together with six dedicated car parking spaces.
The acquisition has been undertaken through Kesar Infraventures Private Limited, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary and infrastructure arm, and is aligned with the Group's long-term strategy of expanding its commercial real estate portfolio across key high-growth metropolitan markets in India.
Hyderabad has emerged as one of India's leading commercial and technology hubs, supported by sustained infrastructure development, a robust corporate ecosystem, and increasing demand for quality commercial office assets.
