Alldigi Tech Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Results: PAT Up 21.7% YoY, Declares Interim Dividend of ₹30/Share

Alldigi Tech Limited (formerly Allsec Technologies Limited), a provider of Tech & Digital (T&D) and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, has announced its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Driven by operational efficiencies and momentum in its Tech & Digital vertical, the company posted a 21.7% year-on-year increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) alongside expanding operating margins.

Key Financial Highlights

Consolidated Revenue: ₹150.28 Crore (up 4.4% YoY from ₹143.91 Crore in Q1 FY26).

Consolidated EBITDA: ₹41.4 Crore (up 13.1% YoY from ₹36.6 Crore in Q1 FY26).

EBITDA Margin: 27.5%, expanding 210 bps YoY, supported by AI-led efficiencies and an improved revenue mix.

Consolidated PAT: ₹18.12 Crore (up 21.7% YoY from ₹14.89 Crore in Q1 FY26).

Interim Dividend: The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹30.00 per equity share (Face Value ₹10/- each).

Operating Cash Flow: Surged 65.1% YoY to reach ₹33.1 Crore.

For the quarter, total consolidated income reached ₹153.33 Crore, while total expenses stood at ₹128.67 Crore. Tax expense for the quarter dropped to ₹6.54 Crore compared to ₹9.26 Crore in Q1 FY26, contributing to the higher net profit growth.

1. Tech & Digital (T&D)

Revenue: ₹40.61 Crore, registering an 11.9% YoY growth.

International Expansion: International T&D revenue surged 40.0% YoY to ₹14.6 Crore.

Segment Profit: Stood at ₹17.42 Crore (42.9% margin).

Operational Scale: Processed over 50.2 lakh pay slips in a single quarter for the first time, marking a 10.5% YoY growth.

2. Business Process Management (BPM)

Revenue: ₹109.67 Crore (up 1.9% YoY).

International BPM: Grew 6.5% YoY to ₹88.8 Crore, offsetting soft domestic market demand (-14.1% YoY).

Segment Profit: Stood at ₹13.08 Crore (11.9% margin).

Standalone Performance

On a standalone basis, Alldigi Tech reported a revenue from operations of ₹84.90 Crore for Q1 FY27 compared to ₹83.38 Crore in Q1 FY26. Supported by higher dividend and other income (₹21.18 Crore), standalone Profit Before Tax (PBT) reached ₹33.41 Crore, and Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to ₹29.56 Crore (up 36.3% YoY). Standalone EPS for the quarter was ₹19.40.

Commenting on the results, Chief Executive Officer Natarajan Laxsmanan said: "We have started FY27 with healthy momentum, delivering profitable growth, meaningful margin expansion and significantly improved cash generation. Our performance reflects the strength and resilience of our diversified business model, the growing contribution from our Tech & Digital business, and the early benefits of our AI-led transformation initiatives.

Shares of Alldigi Tech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 820.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 838.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 303 in over 129 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 832.55 and intraday low of 810.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 248031.00.
