eClerx Services Limited fixes July 4, 2024 as record date for buyback

The Buy Back Committee of the Board of Directors of eClerx Services Limited vide resolution passed by way of circulation on June 24, 2024, approved and fixed Thursday, July 4, 2024, as the record date in terms of the provisions of Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, and other applicable provisions, to determine the names of the equity shareholders who would be eligible to participate in the Buy Back.

The company had earlier announced the buyback of not exceeding 1,375,000 (One Million Three Hundred Seventy Five Thousand) fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹ 10 (Rupees Ten only) each of the Company ("Equity Shares") of an amount not exceeding ₹ 3,850 Millions (Rupees Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Millions only), excluding any expenses incurred or to be incurred for the buy back viz. brokerage costs, fees, turnover charges, taxes such as securities transaction tax and goods and services tax (if any), tax on distributed income on buy back, stamp duty, advisors fees, filing fees, public announcement expenses, printing and dispatch expenses, if any, and other incidental and related expenses and charges etc. ("Transaction Costs"), at a buy back price of ₹ 2,800/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Eight Hundred only) per Equity Share ("Buy Back").

Shares of eClerx Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2405.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2377.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21848 in over 4137 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2510.00 and intraday low of 2384.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 53658862.00.
