The Board of Directors of High Energy Batteries India Ltd have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3.00/- (Rupees Three only) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial year 2023 - 2024. The Dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting will be paid on or before Friday, the 14th June, 2024.
