Hain Future Natural Products Pvt Ltd to close factory operations

Hain Future Natural Products Private Limited, a Joint Venture Company ("JV Company") have at their meeting held on 2nd April, 2024, considered and approved closure of its factory operations located at Plot No. 37, India Food Park, Vasanthanarasapura Industrial Area, Phase - 3, Kora Hobli, Tumkur - 572 138, Karnataka, and pursuant to such closure, the cessation of employment of the JV Company employees, The closure is expected to be completed by the end of April, 2024.
