Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd updates on order from Idnian Railways

The Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), Indian Railways have increased the order quantity of BOXNHL Wagons from 2,964 Nos. to 3,055 Nos. BOXNHL Wagons (Addition of 91 Nos. BOXNHL Wagons) on the same terms and conditions.

Further, Oriental Foundry Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, after taking into consideration of previously mentioned additional 91 Nos. BOXNHL Wagons, has secured order having total contract value of Rs. 1249,09,78,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Forty Nine Crores Nine Lakhs Seventy Eight Thousand and Five Hundred Only) ("Amended Value of Contract") for Manufacture and Supply of 3,055 BOXNHL Wagons (which includes additional 91 Nos. BOXNHL Wagons) ("Amended Quantity") from Indian Railways.

Shares of Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 242.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 249.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 168226 in over 1075 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 256.00 and intraday low of 237.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40766430.00.
