SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.70

The Board of Directors of SBI Life Insurance Company Limited at its meeting held on Sunday, March 10, 2024 has declared an interim dividend on equity shares of the Company of Rs 2.70/- (Two Rupees and Seventy Paisa only) per equity share with a face value of Rs. 10 each (i.e. 27%) for the Financial Year 2023-24.

The Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2023-24 will be paid to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares determined with reference to the Record Date of Saturday, March 16, 2024.

Shares of SBI Life Insurance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1509.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1520.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30646 in over 2008 trades.
