The Right Issue Committee of Arunjyoti Bio Ventures Limited in its meeting held today, i.e., Monday, March 04, 2024, has fixed the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders who will be eligible to apply for the Rights Equity Shares as Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

Upto 1,65,67,200 fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at par aggregating to Rs. 3313.44 lakhs.

8 Rights Equity Shares of 210/- each for every 1 Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each held by the Eligible Equity Shareholders in the Company as on the record date, with the right to renounce.
