TCC Concept Ltd to allot 10 lakh shares to Sageone Funds

The Board of Directors of TCC Concept Limited (Formerly known as Aaswa Trading and Exports Limited), at their meeting held today, i.e. Friday, the 23rd day of February, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. has approved Preferential Issue of Equity Shares up to 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh) of face value of 10/- each to persons belonging to Non-Promoter Category i.e., Sageone Flagship Growth 2 Fund and Sageone Investment Managers LLP subject to necessary approvals including shareholders' approval.

10,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 at an issue price of Rs. 275 per share (including premium of Rs. 265 per shares) will be allotted aggregating to Rs. 27,50,00,000.
