Balrampur Chini Mills Limited, one of the largest integrated sugar mill complexes in India with primary businesses in Sugar, Bio- Ethanol & Renewable Power has appointed Ms. Avantika Saraogi as the Executive Director of the Company, effective 1st January'24.
Ms. Avantika Saraogi, a young scion of the distinguished Saraogi family in the sugar industry and a successful entrepreneur, is the daughter of the Chairman and Managing director of BCML, Mr. Vivek Saraogi. She's passionate about the family business and is committed to promoting sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of sugarcane cultivation and her vision is nothing less than a world that recognizes and embraces the incredible potential of sugarcane. Saraogi is driven by a desire for a clean and self-reliant future, and she's committed to improving the lives of the people in the rural community.
Founded in 1975, Balrampur Chini Mills Limited (BCML) is listed in both NSE & BSE with a current market cap of around 8000 crores, welcomed Ms. Avantika Saraogi on board as an Executive Director. Ms. Saraogi will not only spearhead cane operations and sugarcane development but also procurement, grower relations, strategy, technology, mechanization, sustainability & communications.
