Lehar Footwears recognized as 'One Star Export House' by DGFT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry

Lehar Footwears Limited ("the Company") has been recognized as a "One Star Export House" by Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry. In accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023 "One Star Export House Recognition Certificate" has been issued to the Company. The recognition is valid for a period of 5 years subject to the conditions prescribed in DGFT Hand Book of Procedures (2023). Under One Star Export House recognition, the Company may be eligible for privileges and benefits provided by the Foreign Trade Policy.

Commenting on the recognition, Mr. Raj Kumar Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director of Lehar Footwears Limited said: "Lehar Footwears has always strived to provide non-leather footwears for all genders and ages, catering to various occasions throughout the world. Presently, approximately 8%-10% of the company's revenue, is derived from exports. This recognition is a step towards our focus on export business by streamlining our global transactions."

Shares of Lehar Footwears Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 171.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 169.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16098 in over 117 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 173.15 and intraday low of 165.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2744064.00.
