CSL Finance Ltd to issue 17 lakh shares at Rs. 286 per share

The Board of Directors of CSL Finance Limited ("the Company') at their Meeting held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, has, considered and approved the issue & allotment of up-to 17,00,000 (Seventeen Lakh) Equity Shares of Face value of Rs. 10/- each to Kitara PIIN 1103 (Non-Promoter Category) on preferential basis ("Preferential Issue") at an issue price of Rs. 286/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Eighty-Six Only) aggregating up to Rs. 48,62,00,000/- (Rupees Forty-Eight Crore Sixty-Two Lakh Only) for cash, subject to the approval of shareholders, lenders and other statutory approvals as may be applicable.

Shares of CSL Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 326.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 331.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7926 in over 560 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 345.00 and intraday low of 322.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2590534.00.
