Enbee Trade & Finance Limited allots 1,27,23,889 shares on rights basis

Enbee Trade & Finance Limited has finalised the Basis of Allotment in consultation with the Lead Manager, Registrar to the Issue and BSE Limited, (the Designated Stock Exchange for the Rights issue), the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, at in its meeting held today, i.e., June 23, 2023, approved the allotment of 1,27,23,889 fully paidup Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each on a rights basis, at an issue price of ₹15/- (including a share premium of ₹5/- per Equity Share) to the eligible applicants.

The meeting of the Rights Issue Committee commenced at 11:30 am and completed at 12:15 pm.

Shares of ENBEE TRADE & FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 16.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.49. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5593 in over 36 trades.
