Nilkamal Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 20

The board of directors of Nilkamal Ltd at its meeting held on May 20, 2023, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
