HDFC allots 600 shares on conversion of warrants

The Allotment Committee of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited at its meeting held today i.e., April 6, 2023, approved allotment of 600 equity shares of Rs. 2 each of the Corporation under distinctive numbers 1834555989 to 1834556588 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of warrants by warrant holders of the Corporation, in terms of the placement document dated August 10, 2020.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Corporation is Rs. 366,91,13,176 consisting of 1834556588 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2705.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2627.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 64920 in over 5384 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2709.90 and intraday low of 2618.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 174333096.00.
