Maruti Suzuki India Limited has announced to recall 11,177 Grand Vitara vehicles manufactured between 8th August, 2022 and 15th November, 2022.
It is suspected that there is a possible defect in Rear Seat Belt mounting brackets ("Parts"), which in a rare case, may loosen in the long run and impact its functionality.
Vehicle owners will be receiving communication from Maruti Suzuki authorized dealer workshops for inspection and replacement of the affected parts, free of cost.
Shares of Maruti Suzuki India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8423.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8443.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26165 in over 8241 trades.
