Rattanindia Enterprises Ltd receives registration for Neotec Insurance Brokers Ltd

Neotec Insurance Brokers Limited ("Neotec") a wholly owned subsidiary of the RattanIndia Enterprises Limited ("Company") has received Certificate of Registration to act as a Direct Insurance Broker (Life & General) from IRDAI. The same was issued and received by us yesterday i.e. on November 28, 2022.

Shares of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 49.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 276127 in over 1891 trades.
