Intec Capital Ltd updates on transfer between promoter groups

Intec Capital Limited (Company) signed share purchase agreements relating to the inter-se transfer between the promoter groups wherein: (i) Intec Worldwide Private Limited; and (ii) Pantec Consultants Private Limited (collectively, the Purchasers), have agreed to purchase 22,77,972 equity shares of the Company, translating to 12.40% of the equity share capital of the Company from India Business Excellence Fund II; (a Seller). The Purchasers may purchase the aforementioned equity shares in multiple tranches such number of equity shares as may be mutually agreed upon in accordance with the terms of the share purchase agreement.
