Suditi Industries Ltd fixes Sep 6, 2022 as record date for rights issue

The Board of Directors of Suditi Industries Limited in their meeting held today (i.e., Tuesday, August 30, 2022) have considered and taken the following decisions in connection to the Rights Issue thereof:

Rights Issue Price: Rs. 30 per Equity Share

Rights entitlement ratio: 5 equity shares for every 9 equity shares held by eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date.

Number of Rights Equity Shares to be issued: Up to 97,52,290 Rights Equity Shares, for an amount aggregating up to Rs. 29,25,68,700 (assuming full subscription and payment).

Issue period:

Issue Opening Date: Thursday, September 15, 2022; and

Issue Closing Date: Wednesday, September 21, 2022.

The record date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who are entitled to receive the Rights Entitlement in the aforesaid Issue is Tuesday, September 6, 2022.
