Deccan Cements Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Deccan Cements Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of Rs.5/- per share (100%) for FY 2021-22.

The board has fixed 9th September 2022, Friday, as the Record Date for the payment of Final Dividend FY 2021-22, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing AGM.

The board also fixed 27th September 2022, Tuesday, for payment of Final Dividend FY 2021-22, if approved by the Shareholders in the ensuing AGM.
