Mehai Technology Limited to acquire Momentous Retails Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Mehai Technology Limited in their meeting held on Friday, July 29, 2022 at the registered office of the Company have approved the acquisition of 100% stake in Momentous Retails Private Limited ("MRPL"), a company having registered office at Flat No. 707, Sunrse Sai Ozone Plaza, R P S More, Bailey Road, Patna - 801505, Bihar, India and having sixteen electronic retail outlets in the State of Bihar. After the acquisition, MRPL will become 100% subsidiary of Mehai.

Mehai has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with MRPL as per the Memorandum of Understanding dated Friday, 29th July, 2022.

Shares of Mehai Technology Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 49.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 52.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7088 in over 123 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 49.70 and intraday low of 49.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 352273.00.
