Bharat Forge Ltd arm forms subsidiary company Electroforge Ltd

Kalyani Powertrain Limited, wholly-owned subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited ("KPL") has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the name of "Electroforge Limited" on July 25, 2022 under Corporate Identity Number U31909PN2022PLC213390 ("EFL").

EFL will engage in activities related to e-mobility including design, development, manufacture, sales and distribution of electric drive units, electric motors, electric vehicles and certain forged components in the e-mobility sector and cater to the emobility vertical under KPL.

Shares of Bharat Forge Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 703.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 705.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28755 in over 1355 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 709.15 and intraday low of 693.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20167151.00.
