ICICI Securities Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 12.75

The Board of Directors of ICICI Securities Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. April 20, 2022, approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 12.75 (Rupees Twelve and Seventy Five Paise only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the Shareholders of the Company which shall be subject to their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The final dividend will be paid to the Shareholders within 30 days from the declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of ICICI Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 629.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 624.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26874 in over 1243 trades.
