Sugal and Damani Share Brokers Ltd to alter MOA to enter into new business

The Board of Directors of Sugal and Damani Share Brokers Limited at their meeting held today i.e. 18th April, 2022, have approved the alteration of the Main Objects Clause of the MOA of the Company to enter into new business activity related to land developers, property promoters in particular laying out and preparing house sites and to carry on the business of Real Estate Agent and to buy, take on lease or otherwise acquire, sell, let on hire or dispose of immovable properties and also to alter the MOA of the Company as per Companies Act 2013.

The Board has approved the Postal Ballot Notice to, seek the approval of the Members of the Company for alteration of the Main Object Clause of the MOA and to alter the MOA of the Company as per Companies Act 2013, as aforesaid.

Shares of SUGAL & DAMANI SHARE BROKERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 16.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 159 in over 7 trades.
