Coromandel International Ltd makes further investment in Dare Ventures Ltd

Coromandel International Ltd has made further investment of Rs. 11 Crores only in Dare Ventures Limited ('DVL'), which is an existing wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

The Board of Directors of DVL at their meeting held today, i.e., March 25, 2022, allotted 74,93,188 equity shares to the Company.

Shares of Coromandel International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 793.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 809.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12415 in over 1177 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 820.00 and intraday low of 791.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9953346.00.
