3I Infotech Ltd appoints additional director

Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors (the 'Board') of 3I Infotech Ltd, the Board, at its meeting held on March 16, 2022, has approved appointment of Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal (DIN: 00272983) as an Additional Director (designated as Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from March 16, 2022 to March 15, 2027.

Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal, who has been appointed as an Additional Director (designated as Non-Executive Independent Director), is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authority.

Shares of 3i Infotech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 57.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 56.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 168805 in over 2260 trades.
