Brightcom Group Ltd allots 1.50 crore shares to Shankar Sharma

The Warrants and Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Brightcom Group Ltd has today approved the allotment of 1,50,00,000 equity shares of the Company, fully paid-up, pursuant to the conversion of preferential warrants into equity, to Mr Shankar Sharma.

The Company had allotted 1,50,00,000 warrants to him on January 23, 2022, against a payment of 25% of the total amount.

On March 09, 2022, Mr Sharma has paid the remaining 75% of the amount to the Company.

Shares of Brightcom Group Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 87.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 92.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 759782 in over 3971 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 87.55 and intraday low of 87.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 66518914.00.
