The Board of directors of Reliance Infrastructure Limited at its meeting to be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022, shall also consider and approve, raising of long term resources by issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and/or other similar securities as may be permitted under the applicable laws, including determination of issue price, if any, and seeking members' and other approval(s), as the Board may deem appropriate.
