V R Films and Studios declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of V R Films and Studios Ltd at its meeting held today approved and declared interim dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share. The record date for determining shareholders eligible for interim dividend is fixed as Wednesday, 18 February, 2022.

The aforesaid interim dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before 25th February, 2022.
