Winsome Breweries Ltd updates on arbitration against United Breweries Ltd

Winsome Breweries Ltd has initiated an Arbitration proceeding against the M/s United Breweries Limited in matter of contract expiry with United Breweries Limited and financial difficulties faced by company due to investment in plant and Machinery and other blockage in inventories and other equipments and further first arbitration proceeding was held on 16.1 2.2021 before the Arbitral Tribunal Comprising of Justice B.P. Singh (Retd.) Sole Arbitrator, at A7, Neeti Bagh, New Delhi whereby the schedule was drawn for further proceedings and company and Board of Directors of the Company in their board meeting held on 30.12.2021 through board resolution Number 9th (Nineth) dated 30th December,2021 has authorized Mr. R.K. Bagrodia for further actions in the aforesaid case.
