H G Infra Engineerings Ltd forms H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-6 Private Limited for HAM project

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (the 'Company' or 'HGINFRA') has received the certificate of incorporation from the registrar of companies (RoC) dated November 22, 2021 with respect to incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary company namely "H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-6 Private Limited" as Special Purpose Vehicle ('SPV') to undertake the project 'Development of Six Lane Baunsaguar - Baraja Section of NH-130-CD Road from km 293+000 to km 338+500 under Raipur Visakhapatnam Economics Corridor in the state of Odisha on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Package - OD-6).

The NHAI bid project cost is Rs. 958.98 crore and HGINFRA bid project cost is Rs. 1,123.11 crore with completion period of 730 days.

Shares of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 626.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 666.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14716 in over 1256 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 662.80 and intraday low of 609.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9341270.00.
