IT search at Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd premises

The Income Tax Department conducted a search under the powers conferred to them by the provisions of the Section 132 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 at the premises of the Company, and that of three of our subsidiary companies namely AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited, KL EnviTech Private Limited and Antony Infrastructure and Waste Management Services Private Limited. The search proceedings were concluded on October 15, 2021.

The Company has provided all possible assistance to the officials and furnished all explanations, information and clarifications as desired by them in this matter.

The above proceedings have absolutely no impact on the operational performance of the Company.

Shares of Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 385.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 388.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33573 in over 1195 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 396.00 and intraday low of 383.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13066779.00.
