AXIS Bank allots 1,30,010 equity shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 1,30,010 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 2nd April 2019, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 514,32,89,742 (257,16,44,871 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 514,35,49,762 (257,17,74,881 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.767.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 765.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 348397 in over 3439 trades.
