Hindalco Industries allots 25661 equity shares under ESOP-2006

Hindalco Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors vide their resolution dated February 04, 2011 has allotted 25,661 equity shares of par value of Re. 1/- to the optionee as detailed in the resolution, pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employee under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006.

The stock was trading at Rs.236.90, down by Rs.8.80 or 3.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.251.35 and low of Rs.234.50.

The total traded quantity was 11.91 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 10.04 lakhs.
