Declaration of Interim Dividend
Demonstrating commitment to shareholder value, the Board approved an interim dividend of Rs. 0.25 (Rupees Twenty Five Paise only) per fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2026-27, representing 2.5% of the face value.
The record date to determine eligible shareholders for the interim dividend has been fixed as Friday, August 14, 2026. Payment will be disbursed within the timelines prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.
Key Operational Progress Across Expansion Programmes
The company continues to advance its strategic capital expenditure and capacity expansion plans across multiple sites:
Sangli Manufacturing Facility: Machinery installation has commenced. Subject to receiving mandatory regulatory clearances from authorities, trial production is expected to begin in August 2026.
HVDC CTC Magnet Wire Facility: Part of the machinery is ready, with installation scheduled to start in August 2026.
Endoks PCS Facility: Civil construction is complete, and interior fit-out work is underway. The facility is slated to become operational in the third quarter of FY 2026-27.
Clearance for Winwin Speciality Insulators Acquisition
The Board formally took on record the confirmatory due diligence report regarding the proposed acquisition of Winwin Speciality Insulators Limited. With no adverse findings arising from the due diligence exercise, the Board authorized management to negotiate and execute the Share Purchase Agreement and take all necessary steps to complete the acquisition.
Merchant Bankers Appointed for Fund Raising
