KP Energy Ltd inks PPA with GUVNL for 100 MW Grid Connected Wind Power Project

KP Energy Ltd has executed the Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited ("GUVNL") for development of a Grid Connected Wind Power Project under IPP segment of the Company, having a contracted capacity of 100 MW.

The PPA has been executed pursuant to the Letter of Intent dated March 30, 2026, issued by GUVNL under the tariff-based competitive bidding process conducted under GUVNL's Wind Tender Phase X and subsequent approval from the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission ("GERC") for the tariff and PPA.

This PPA marks yet another significant milestone for the Company, taking its cumulative IPP portfolio past 250 MW and reinforcing its position as a trusted long-term partner to India's leading power utilities in building the nation's renewable energy future.

The aggregate order size is 100 MW Grid Connected Wind Power Project at an approved tariff ₹3.435/- per unit for a period of 25 years.
