HDFC Bank allots 412842 equity shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank on February 02, 2011 has allotted 412842 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.2031, down by Rs.9.10 or 0.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2065.75 and low of Rs.2020.20.

The total traded quantity was 2.48 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.10 lakhs.
