Gammon Infrastructure Projects allots 86667 Equity Shares

Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board has by way of circular resolution on January 11, 2011 approved the issue and allotment of 86,667 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, following the exercise of stock options by the employees under the 'GIPL Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007 & 2008'. Upon the allotment of these shares, the paid up capital of the Company stand increased to 72,87,40,162 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.23.30, down by Rs.0.20 or 0.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.45 and low of Rs.23.15.

The total traded quantity was 1.86 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.49 lakhs.
