Axis-IT&T Subsidiary to consider Preferential Issue

Axis-IT&T Ltd has announced that the Company's subsidiary Company Cades Digitech Private Limited is planning to do a preferential issue of 27,41,935 (Twenty Seven Lacs Forty One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Five Only) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The allotment is proposed to be done at the next Board meeting of Cades Digitech Private Limited. This will result in the dilution of Axis-IT&T Limited's shareholding in Cades Digitech Private Limited from the current holding of 60.45% to 51.10%.

The stock closed the day at Rs.92.90, up by Rs.1.60 or 1.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.93.70 and low of Rs.91.55.

The total traded quantity was 1088 compared to 2 week average of 3795.
