Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services allots 252309 shares under Employee Stock Option Plan

Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 2,52,309 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 each to employees of the Company and subsidiaries on January 04, 2011 upon exercise of stock options under Employee stock Option Plan 2005.

The stock closed the day at Rs.34, up by Rs.0.65 or 1.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.40 and low of Rs.32.80.

The total traded quantity was 0.33 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.17 lakhs.
