Spicejet allots 491475 Equity Shares

Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Company has made allotment of 491,475 equity shares of Rs. 10 each consequent upon exercise of options granted to employees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 on December 30, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.78.15, up by Rs.0.90 or 1.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.78.90 and low of Rs.77.30.

The total traded quantity was 11.94 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 22.26 lakhs.
