HDFC Bank allots 556908 equity shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank on December 30, 2010 has allotted 556908 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.2302.45, down by Rs.27.60 or 1.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2344.40 and low of Rs.2287.

The total traded quantity was 0.44 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.55 lakhs.
