Continental Petroleums Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 03, 2011, to consider issue of 3,15,000 Convertible Warrants to the Promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.18.30, down by Rs.0.60 or 3.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.90 and low of Rs.18.30.

The total traded quantity was 200 compared to 2 week average of 1554.
