Redington (India) Ltd has announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved on December 28, 2010 the allotment of 10,000 (Ten Thousand Only) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 24/- per share pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.
